PAL: Your Private Access Line
PAL is our free 24-hour telephone banking service, making it easy
for you to access your account information from a touch-tone
phone. PAL allows you to conduct many of your routine banking
activities over the phone.
- Check your current savings,
checking, or loan account balances.
- Transfer funds between
accounts and pay no transfer fee.
- Determine whether a check
or deposit has cleared.
Dial your PAL at (866)
726-4309 and you'll be guided through the
menu options.
You’ll need to
input your deposit account or loan account number as it appears
on your bank statement or loan payment coupons, so have it
ready.
Your initial
PIN number is the last four digits of the primary
accountholder’s social security number. We encourage you to
change this to a customized 4 digit PIN for additional
protection. After entering both your account and PIN numbers,
press the # key to continue.
If you’re
using telephone banking during our regular business hours and
wish to speak to a bank representative, press “0” and your call
will be transferred to our lobby operator.
Press “9” to
return to the previous menu at any time during your call. When
you’re finished, hang up – it’s that easy!
